every company is a set of processes. making one autonomous means rebuilding it in three layers. the top layer is the flow: created, updated, cancelled. under each of those sits the data that has to be collected, updated, or generated. under that sits the reason any of it is allowed; corporate policy, legislation, best practices, the stuff nobody ever documented. the top layer is easy, the bottom layer is why the most automations fails.
