The rules of building products changed overnight-and most founders haven't noticed yet. Building is now about access, not product capabilities. With every idea, ask yourself: how does this grow? What makes this inherently viral? We've moved from "what can we build?" to "what can we build that sells itself?" Look at TrustMRR. It's brilliant because founders want to prove themselves publicly + content writes itself; deals, transactions, wins the community actually craves. Same pattern with indie hacker products like NomadList. They're marketable because sharing the information IS the product. Connection via the community follows naturally. A good idea in 2024 isn't about clever functionality you can hack together. It's about building something with distribution baked into its DNA. Build products where growth is the feature, not an afterthought.
